These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Afzal Transport Contractor website and the booking of our chauffeur, vehicle rental and corporate transport services.
Bookings & quotes
Quotes provided through our calculator or messaging are estimates. A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it directly. Final fares may vary with route, distance, waiting time, tolls and trip requirements.
Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, fares are payable as confirmed at the time of booking. Fuel and tolls are charged to the customer unless a fuel-inclusive rate has been agreed.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible to cancel or change a booking. Cancellation terms for monthly and corporate contracts are set out in the relevant agreement.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup, destination and timing details.
- Treat vehicles and chauffeurs with care and respect.
- Comply with applicable laws during the journey.
Liability
We take reasonable care to provide safe, reliable and punctual service. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather or force majeure.
